Hello All

Does anyone have any experience treating patients with periapcal cemental dysplasia.  The patient has sen a periodontist who is satisfied that her periodontal condition is stable enough for tx.  The patient has large spaces which she would like closed.  No extractions are necessary for treatment (contraindicated for PCD).  I would like to know how the PCD would affedt space closure.  Literature is sparse.
